Paul is a seasoned IT security professional with a global reputation for building and delivering successful security organizations and solutions. He has more than 20 years of experience solving business security challenges for top global companies, maximizing productivity and revenue, and achieving end user satisfaction while delivering economic value. Prior to joining Decurity LLC, Paul Davis was the vice president and program manager for Enterprise Security at Unisys’s GOIS division. He was responsible for the strategic direction, marketing and global delivery of a Unisys’s managed IT security services. During his time with Unisys, he developed new strategies and roadmaps for security delivery, worked with Unisys’s client's across the globe and helped build new security operations delivery capabilities.
Paul began his IT security career with EDS Data Systems, where he held positions of increasing responsibility during his 14 year tenure. His last assignment was as General Motors (GM) Chief Information Security Officer where he was responsible for all aspects of security being delivered by EDS to General Motors as part of a multi-billion dollar outsourcing project. The scope of the security responsibility included all of GM’s automotive and financial services businesses on a global basis. He also performed the role of EDS Dow Chemical CSO where he established a new global security program to protect this critical infrastructure company. IANS Faculty member
